H8SX
In recent years demand has grown for high-speed, high-capacity PC peripheral devices office equipment, and consumer appliances with facility and inheritability in system design and resources at low cost. To respond to this need, we have developed the H8 and H8S microcomputers, which incorporate the many peripheral devices and ample memory. However, in order to respond to demand more promptly, a new series has been brought to market. As well as having upward compatibility with the H8/H8S at the object level, the H8SX series offers a 32-bit CISC CPU with improved performance and an internal multiplier/divider with a maximum operating frequency of 64 MHz.
