Please click under customer support and select the country by mouse click. You will provided with the contact of our domestic representatives. They will assist you with detailed information.
Can I compare details of products? If yes, how?
Yes, the MSC Toolguide provide you with the option to compare products directly. Please select the first product you like to compare. Click on “Add to compare”. Select the second product. Click on “Add to compare”. You will find the column “Compare products” on the right hand side. The selected products are listed. Click on the push button “Compare products”. A new page will compare the products to each other.
Where can I get a review of all my orders listed until today?
Click on “My account”. You will be provided with a detailed list of all the products purchased.
How can I contact the MSC Toolshop and when?
The best way to contact MSC to is to send an e-mail to : toolguide@msc-ge.com, a message by fax to +49 (7249) 910-544 or via direct call to our sales representative by telephone. The MSC Toolshop also provides a telephone service, which is staffed without interruption from Monday to Friday (except local public holidays) from 8:00 to 18:00 (C.E.T.).
